This is a free service of Talking Communities for all tcConference web-conference owners. With this service, you can define up to 5 additional login fields for all participants in your conference or webcast. Each field can be defined as "required" or "optional" and you can choose any fields you wish to be "appended" to their username when they log in.

Everything is recorded into searchable logs, so you can easily mine this data after the event through the administration panel. In addition, you can define your own header and footer to the launch (login) page to add your own design, graphics, and text.

To get started, just fill in your Room ID and current Administration password above. If you don't know your Room ID, you can find it by simply looking at your current login page to your conference room. The link ends with something like: "id=rs123456". The Room ID always begins with "rs".
